Promote wellness and longevity by earning your degree in Health and Kinesiology from Austin Community College. You’ll study human movement, strength training, disease prevention, and more. Credits transfer to bachelor’s degree programs at state universities.
The program honors degree and non-degree seeking students interested in the fundamentals of health promotion with a wide array of health and fitness courses, including aerobics, dance, golf, gymnastics, judo, tennis, and yoga.
